School of Advanced Study - PG Funding Opportunities, 2011 entry

Apply now for postgraduate funding in the humanities and social sciences for 2011 entry at the School of Advanced Study.

The School offers masters & research degrees across a broad range of subjects in the humanities and social sciences including:

Arts and Humanities Research Council Studentships
      The School has available a number of studentships for both
      research (MPhil / PhD /doctoral) and master's degrees under the
      AHRC scheme. The School is offering AHRC awards to Home/EU
      students, in the following three subject areas:
      * Cultural Studies
      * History
      * History of Art
     

School of Advanced Study Doctoral Studentships
      The School has available up to two studentships for research study in
      any of the subject areas in which the School offers supervision.
      Studentships cover tuition fees and a maintenance grant and can
      be awarded to Home/EU or Overseas students.





Deadline for applications to both studentship competitions is Wednesday 27 April 2011.
Please note applicants must have accepted the offer of a place from the Institute in which they intend to study first to be eligible to apply for studentships.
