UCL's History of Art Department is holding a symposium in honour of Linda Nochlin on the occasion of her 80th birthday.
The conference - "The Granddaughters’ Generation - Feminism and Art History Now" takes place 10am - 6pm on Saturday 5th February, chaired by Tamar Garb and with Nochlin as a special guest. Speakers attending are: Francesca Berry, Jo Applin, Harriet Riches, Amy Mechowski, Anna Lovatt, Cadence Kinsey, Philippa Kaina, Tamara Trodd, Maud Jacquin, Mary Hunter, and Catherine Grant. The venue is University College London Cruciform Lecture Theatre, Gower Street and registration/attendance costs £20 (waged) or £10 (students and unwaged).
